Salma, a Palestinian widow, lives orchard of lemons has in the West Bank, created by her father 50 years before. Throughout her life, she watered, cared for, treated lemon groves. The orchard is exactly on the border with Israel. One day, they move to the beautiful house on the Israeli side of the country’s defense minister himself, Israel Navon (Doron Tavory), and his wife Mira (Rona Lipaz-Michael). The Israeli secret service decides it is necessary to lay down the lemon trees, to ensure the safety of the minister. Salma decides to resist as possible.
